We primarily work with small to mid-sized businesses, founders, and teams who are growing and starting to feel the pressure of disorganisation behind the scenes.

This includes hospitality venues, local businesses, creative brands, and online companies. Many of our clients are based in Lanzarote, but our work is designed to support businesses anywhere.

How does the process work?

Following our initial contact, every project begins with a video call, a site visit, or an in-person meeting. This allows us to understand how your business currently operates and identify where challenges may lie. And don't worry—we know exactly which questions to ask.

From there, we identify gaps, inefficiencies, or areas of friction and design a system tailored to your workflow. Once built, we re-meet and guide you or your team through how to use it so it becomes part of your day-to-day, not something that sits unused.

Depending on the service, we will arrange workshops, material handovers, or similar training sessions.

We also include a follow-up session after delivery to refine the system and ensure it’s working in practice.

How long does a project take?

Most projects are designed to be delivered within a focused timeframe, typically between one and three weeks depending on the scope.

The goal is not to create long, drawn-out engagements, but to deliver something clear and usable as efficiently as possible, so you can start seeing the benefit immediately.

How much does it cost?

Each solution is priced based on the time required, the complexity of the work, and the value it brings to your business.

Packages are fixed-price, so you know exactly what you’re getting and what to expect. For reference, most projects range from mid to high three figures up to more comprehensive system builds.

We also offer flexible structures, including hybrid cash and barter arrangements where it makes sense.

Do you offer support after the initial project is finished?

Yes. Every package includes a follow-up “review and refine” session to make sure the system is being used effectively and to adjust anything that doesn’t feel quite right.

If you need further support beyond that, we can discuss additional sessions or ongoing collaboration depending on your needs.

Do you only work with clients in Lanzarote?

No. While we are inspired by and closely connected to Lanzarote, our work is not limited by location.

We collaborate with clients remotely and design systems that can be implemented anywhere. That said, we do offer in-person work on the island where it adds value.
